If you are Canadian and care about politics, this is probably a little biased (read as, is biased), but still interesting all the same.

Today, in Canadian politics… I think I only really pay attention when it involves the LGBT* community. I’d like to think that being Canadian and being here means being able to live more openly, but I guess that’s not always the case. Stories about lack of trans rights, or gay men still not being able to donate blood always throw me off when I learn about them.
